For US customers, we will ship your package by Fedex or UPS to your front door in as quick as 7 days

Carefully boxed up to protect your shoes.

All shoes are boxed in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy shipping box to reduce chances of shipping damage.

Processing times.

Shipping times.

1-3 days Processing time:  This is the time for the factory to pull the products off the shelf, do a quality inspection, package and label the package(s)  NOTE: Designer brands (Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc can take a few extra days).

Expedited shipping is $30 per pair worldwide. Shoes are shipped via Fedex or UPS and take 7-14 days. This is the fastest air freight route from the factory in China.  Tracking is provided 1-3 days after processing is completed. Unexpected delays will increase delivery times

Returns

Although we strive to provide a great quality product and superior customer service, we only accept returns for the following reasons:

1.  Shipping Error.  Received the wrong product.

2.  Item was damaged in shipping process (does not include box).  Proof of damaged packaging will be required.

3.  Wrong size.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All items returned must be returned in original shipping box, with all original packaging in new condition.  Shoes must be unworn & unused in anyway to receive a refund/exchange.   Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving shoes based on freight delivery date.

Cancellation/ Refunds

You may cancel your order anytime before it has shipped.  If you cancel your order and paid online with a credit card, there will be a 6% cancellation fee deducted from your refund to cover our credit card processing fees.
